It’s funny how people want tips, wages increased and no negative feedback to their services. If individuals don’t tell the truth how do you expect the business to either grow or learn how to downsize due to not fully staffing their establishment?

I was at the oil change place yesterday and while sitting they ask if you want this or that but not full checking vital components when completing a services. The next day my car began to show signs of what it needed. If those that serviced my car would have found that the delay in getting things to get my car up and running again would not be a big factor.

I noticed they wanted to do more talking than working and I tipped them for their services again something that is not required but I understand that in this economy raises are few and in between but should that mean I now have to pay additional cost because they were negligent in fully doing their job.

I wanted to return to the place and explain to them then importance of doing the service correctly, but is that my place? No, I will write a review and hopefully the manager can get his crew and store up to par with doing the job and all the tasks that comes with the services.
