Summer’s here….now what?

Well, I would like to start off by saying woo-hoo this is the last week of summer school and I made it.

Summer school was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I had the pleasure of being the diverse learners educator, where I worked with families who needed a little more support, guidance and structure. I was able to provide that for them, and it resulted in a smooth summer school program.

Now that that’s done onto summer vacation. I will be meeting up with my kids and the honey-babies. We will be traveling to Texas. The first stop will be is San Antonio because daughter wants to visit some museums there and then we will head over to Austin. What I love about social media is that you can plug in “things to do” for those cities, and the good content creators will do their thing for you. So, if it’s one of our interest then we’ll check it out and give it our own review.

My daughter in law has planned to entire trip, and I’m not mad at that. Sometimes you want other people to take the lead and plan events out. All I have to do is make sure my OOTD is aligned to the occasion.

Some of the things we’ll be doing are: paint night, boat tour, and waterpark just to name a few. One of the things I will partake in is the hot tub (I know I know girrrrl it’s too hot for that) so what it’s there and even if it’s for two minutes I’m doing it with a glass of wine in hand. I will reach out to my wine connoisseur who writes about a good drink with a good occasion (so stay tuned for that blog and I’ll update you).
