What is one question you hate to be asked? Explain.
The one thing I hate when I’m in the office and someone walks in and can clearly see my screen is “Hey, what’s going on in here?” Instead of good morning, how are you, how was your weekend? It’s clear you’re not working because you’re in my office. That overseeing behavior is truly annoying. You don’t have my best interest at heart to really talk about my to do list for today. How do I know this? I know because you have to check my platform the well even starts. I’ve shown you nothing my plans, and yet you still believe there’s a need to pop in to see if “eating bon bons” is a thing we do in my office. In those instances, and only in those instances, small talk I can take, but that pop in looking to see if I’m working is highly aggravating.
