The new year has definitely made a grand entrance. I don’t know about you, but I thought IT was going to walk in here and have a seat. Instead it’s ushering itself and getting comfortable. What is IT? Whatever you want IT to be. Will you make IT a positive entity or live with doubt, discouragement and disappointment? win, learn or grow you’ve got to pull your big pants up and get at this life?
When things are shifting and moving how do you handle the situation? Do you complain and wallow in pity? Or do you figure out how to fix and manage the problem?
In life there will always be something to fix,to patch up and manage, how we go about the issues is what matters most. I’m not saying you won’t get upset, but after the rain picking yourself is the only answer

- Practice Acceptance & Patience: Accept the current reality and be gentle and kind with yourself.
