Who shows up for you?

I’m speaking strictly to my strong people (my Empaths) on this particular blog. I may have touched up on this in another blog, but just coming back around to this is important because you need to know the people that are willing to show up for you when all of your positive energy is completely depleted. I know for strong people sometimes it is very difficult for us to share our weaknesses we are so used to handling our issues on our own. Empaths learn how to research things that we need in order to get over on the other side. Empaths know how to completely shut the world off when we need to recharge. We know how to disconnect communication because silence is golden. Empaths learn how to cope and push through, however, when we are in a place a vulnerability who can we really call on?

I was having a conversation with my little sister and she’s similar to me, and will drop everything to go and help her friends to talk them through difficult times to offer good advice. When I call her the next day, I’m thinking that she’s just tired because she stayed up all night, but in reality she’s drained because she is tired from dealing with maybe two or three people that needed her love, that needed her joy, that needed her power, and that can be very difficult coming from someone who does not get the exact same thing in return. I didn’t want my little sister to have to go through being the “strong one” but she says she ok as long as she can recharge herself.

So, those of you that are Empaths make sure you have support and make sure you let them know how important they are to you. It is not terrible to be an Empaths just make sure you have ways to not lose yourself in the process.
