First off for my allergies does the absolute most during the spring time, so it always looks like I have something going on. Nonetheless, what’s your take on spring cleaning? Is it something that you do every year? Is it something that you put off? Is it something that you do quarterly? What are some things that helps you to not hold on to things that’s no longer leaded in your life.
I struggle with keeping things way past its time and then when it’s time to let go, I find a way to compartmentalize it and never go back to it until it’s time to spring clean again it leads to a lot of frustration. I would like to in the future, have someone to come out and clean the house every couple of weeks just to keep me on track with keeping me mindful that it’s time to throw this away.
Do you have a time in the year when you deep clean? How do work through the moments of when you need to step back and realize that it’s no longer needed. We, hold on to things that someone else can probably benefit from if I’m being honest. I had a lot of “come to Jesus” moments where I had to be honest with myself with what was going on with this household. It’s not easy letting go, and it brings up a lot of memories that were good and bad. However, at what point do you say that it needs to either be kept or discarded.? You have to sit back and deal with a lot with spring cleaning. It is not a one day thing. It’s not a one stop shop. It will take at least a minimum of a week or so just to go through the stuff. Our trash person doesn’t come around but once a week so that in a self is going to lead to frustration. I won’t be able to pack everything in that one can. Another frustration is that you don’t have anywhere you can go to drop this trash off without it being a fine. So, if you have any ideas about what is one of your techniques into making sure you don’t build up with stuff I would love to hear it please share.
Never negate the Nu-N-U
